Another View into the Past
As our journey through the M. A. Seed Dry Plate negative collection continues, we have information on which Fife family is recorded on these glass plates. As you will see in the photo below, the names of family members are written on the exterior wall of a building:

The names are: Katie, Rosie, Max, and Frank. Though last names are listed as well, the photo cuts off the last name at “Alb”. This was our clue that these plates recorded the lives of the Frank Albert family. Later, we received confirmation from our Facebook followers confirming we were correct in our finding. We also received gracious offers to help identify individuals in the photos for historical and archival purposes. We are very thankful to these individuals in our community.
